Spring Season
What a joyful and meaningful spring season we have been sharing together at One Hope! From our Palm Sunday breakfast and baptisms to the powerful reflections of Good Friday and the victorious celebration of Easter Sunday, God has truly been at work in our church. Your participation, prayers, and hearts of worship have made these moments deeply impactful, and I’m so grateful for each one of you.
This morning, we’re excited to welcome Mike Encoe from Thousand Pines Christian Camp, a ministry partner with the Aspire Network. Mike has a deep passion for Christian missions and is doing a great work for the Lord through camp ministry. As I take a short time away for some much-needed rest and family time, I encourage you to open your hearts and minds to the message God has placed on Mike’s heart. I know you’ll be blessed.
Looking ahead, don’t forget to mark your calendars for Taco Sunday on May 4—a taco lunch fundraiser to support our brand-new Special Needs Ministry that we have launched this year under the direction of Jonathan Smith. Come hungry and generous, knowing that your support helps us extend the love of Jesus to every individual and family in our church and community.
I look forward to being back with you all next Sunday, when we’ll continue our parables series with the story of The Good Samaritan from Luke 10:25-37. Until then, may God bless you and fill your hearts with His peace, joy, and purpose.
In His Service,
Pastor Patrick
