Don’t Quit At The Door
Have you ever felt like your prayers went unheard, unacknowledged? If we’re honest, we’ve all been there. We’ve all prayed for something—a breakthrough, a healing, a loved one to return to the Lord—and wondered, “Does God hear me? Is this doing anything?”
Jesus knew we would struggle with that feeling. That’s why He told a parable about a persistent widow and an unjust judge. It wasn’t just a story about legal battles—it was a reminder that when it comes to prayer, God invites us to keep showing up, to keep knocking, to not quit at the door.
Today, we’ll discover why persistent prayer matters—even when God already knows what we need. We’ll explore how prayer isn’t about changing God’s mind but about strengthening our faith, aligning our hearts with His will, and learning to trust His justice and perfect timing.
If you’ve ever been tempted to give up on prayer—or if you need fresh encouragement to press on—this is a message for you.
Don’t quit at the door. God is listening and wants continued communication with you.
In His Service,
Pastor Patrick
