Another Testimony Sunday!
Today is Testimony Sunday at One Hope! Rather than a traditional sermon, we will hear stories from people in our congregation about how they came to Jesus and what Jesus is doing in their lives today.
A testimony is not a sermon—it is simply the story of what God has done in someone’s life. Every story is different, but every testimony points us to the same faithful God. Some stories tell of dramatic transformation; others tell of God’s quiet faithfulness through ordinary days, difficult seasons, and answered prayers.
Paul reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up.” That is exactly what I hope happens today. As we listen to one another’s stories, may our faith be strengthened, our hearts encouraged, and our confidence in God renewed.
You never know when someone’s story may be exactly what another person needs to hear. So listen, rejoice, encourage, and give God the glory for what He has done and continues to do!
