Testimony Sunday
This Sunday, we are honored to welcome actor, producer, and writer Ernest Lee Thomas to One Hope Church as he shares his testimony and the story of God’s faithfulness in his life.
For more than 50 years, Ernest has enjoyed an extraordinary career in entertainment. From his unforgettable role as “Raj” on What’s Happening and “Mr. Omar” on Everybody Hates Chris, to his role opposite Denzel Washington in Malcolm X, Ernest has touched generations through television and film. Yet, beyond all of these accomplishments, his greatest story is not about Hollywood but about Jesus Christ.
In his autobiography, From Raj to Riches, Ernest shares how his faith in Jesus is the reason for everything in his life. We are excited to hear his testimony and be reminded that behind every success, God is writing a story of grace, purpose, and redemption.
