Attitude of Gratitude
Pastor Patrick Mesisca   -

As we approach Thanksgiving, let us take time to reflect on the countless blessings God has poured into our lives and into our church. Scripture reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17). Whether in seasons of abundance or challenge, cultivating a heart of gratitude helps us see God’s faithfulness in all circumstances. When we express our thanks to God, we honor Him for His provision, grace, and steadfast love. Similarly, when we express our gratitude to others, we strengthen relationships and reflect the love of Christ. Gratitude is not just a feeling but an act of worship that deepens our connection with God and with one another.

I invite you to return this evening at 6:00 PM for a special evening of Thanksgiving worship and our annual bell tower lighting capped off with some holiday desserts and refreshments. Our children’s pastor, Lucas, will have a special event reserved for the kids in the Vantage room 209.

As we gather this evening, we’ll lift our hearts in praise, share in communion, and meditate on the beauty of gratitude as expressed in the Psalms. It will be a meaningful time to draw near to God and one another, celebrating His goodness as a church family. Come ready to be refreshed and encouraged as we give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His love endures forever (Psalm 107:1).
